Customer Reviews
Consistent quality workouts
I've been a member for a while now, first with the Monthly Membership and then I switched to the Annual Membership. This latest year has been great. The workouts are still high quality, just like my first experience. I mainly do the Sculpt Workouts and the Quickie Workouts when I'm short on time. It's consistently good, which is why I keep renewing. No issues with the app either, always reliable.
Mostly happy with membership
I joined with the Annual Membership and it's been pretty good overall. I mainly use the Low Impact Workouts and some of the Stretching Routines. The quality of the instruction is excellent and there's a good variety of classes. My only minor gripe is that sometimes the app can be a little slow to load on my older tablet, but it works fine on my phone. The value for the year is definitely there, especially compared to other platforms I've tried like Alo Moves. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about casting to my TV.
Good workout variety
Signed up for the Monthly Membership. I liked the Dance Cardio Workouts. They were fun and easy to follow. The app worked well. Will keep using it for now.
Absolutely love this program
Okay, I just finished the TSS 4-Week Program and I'm telling everyone about it! It was so much fun and really effective. The Dance Cardio Workouts are my absolute favorite, they get me moving without feeling like a chore. The instructors are amazing, so motivating. I'm already planning to try the TSS Advanced Program next. Seriously, if you're thinking about it, just go for it! You won't regret it.

Hey guys, thinking of signing up for TSS. How long does the free trial usually last? Wanna make sure I get a good feel for it.
How does this compare to Melissa Wood Health? I'm trying to decide between the two.
Is it true they offer discounts for healthcare workers? My sister is one and wants to try it.
thinking about getting an annual membership, but what if I hate it? Can you get a refund if you cancel early?
Is TSS good for someone who's never really worked out much before? I'm kind of intimidated by fitness apps.
